Two Fridays ago, I made a mini album for my mom, (You can see it here). She loves when I make things for her and I know she'll carry the mini album in her purse until I send her a new one.
My mom also loves flowers, that's why I knew besides the mini album, I had to make something with flowers on it. I saw a beautiful frame on an online edition of Scrapbook Trends Magazine , but I decided to decorate a wooden box instead of a frame. I'm also using the same line of papers I used in the mini album. ( I love Cosmo Cricket).
I painted the box red, one of my mom's favorite colors. The scalloped border
just goes on the sides and front of the box, I skipped the back so the box can get open.

Now to find a way to mail it making sure it will get to my mom intact, any suggestions?

wow Tere, qué bonito, si se lo piensas mandar a tu mami , creo que en una caja vendrá mejor y tendrás que envolver tu proyecto varias veces en ese plastiquito de burbujas, pero el de las burbujas grandes creo, así le llegará sano y salvoooooooooo, me encantó!

Your Mom will love it. It is awesome. I would lightly wrap bubble wrap around it and make the sure the box is cushioned and full so it can't move around. Good luck and thanks for sharing
