It was so much fun playing with different materials. I do a little bit
of mixed media, so when I saw the prompt I took my
"messy stuff" as my son calls them and had fun creating.
I used lots of gesso and molding paste, this last one I colored it
with Tattered Angels chalkboard, I know the camera didn't
capture the effect, but the blue butterfly with pearls has a
gorgeous shimmer look... I love it!!
One of my favorite parts of this process, was remembering
how much I love getting my hands all messy. I should do
more of this messy creations more often... I discovered I missed it.
